Chapel Talk - Dr. Sam Rocha (April 19, 2012)

Our Chapel speaker this week is Sam Rocha with his talk entitled From "Adios" to "a Dios": Goodbye, Wabash Dr. Samuel Rocha is the Owen Duston Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Teacher Education, the head coach of the Wabash Rugby Football Club, and an honorary member of the Malcolm X Institute of Black Studies. Next year Dr. Rocha will matriculate to the University of North Dakota, as an Assistant Professor of Educational Foundations and Research. Dr. Rocha has written over 20 academic publications, a self-published book of essays, a co-authored chapbook of poetry, and over 200 contributions to the Catholic weblog, Vox Nova. In his past two years at Wabash, Dr. Rocha has given numerous campus talks, invited lectures, and conference presentations; and has published articles or interviews in nearly every Wabash publication. Dr. Rocha enjoys food, music, fishing, and cold beerâ€"especially all at once.
