Alleging that some of the congress men ditched the party candidate Raymond d'sa in the recently concluded cortalim bye-election, sancoale village panch ramakant Borkar, who himself was a candidate, on Thursday blamed dabolim MLA mauvin godinho for not reposing faith in the congress candidate who was compelled to withdraw from the fray.
